Ask HAA is an optional, members-only AI assistant on our website and WhatsApp. When you use it, the questions and project details you provide are stored securely to help with your HAA projects, and — consistent with our policy above — are never sold or shared beyond the providers that operate the service: Anthropic (which generates the AI answers and, per its API terms, does not use your data to train its models), Twilio/Meta (WhatsApp message delivery), and Microsoft Azure (secure hosting and storage). Linking WhatsApp is opt-in; reply STOP to unlink at any time. You may request a copy or deletion of your Ask HAA data by contacting us at admin@homeacoustics.net. Ask HAA is in beta — please avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information, and verify critical specifications before purchase or installation.
